General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

According to report there are presence of degenerative joint problem at level of L5-S1.
Disc protrusion, bulging needs to be surgically corrected

But clinical correlation is necessary

From nerve compression if pain more and clinically intolerable than surgery done immediately

Meanwhile vitamin injections, pregabalin, analgesic prescribed...

Physiotherapy will be beneficial

Take care

Consult orthopedic surgeon for examination and further work up accordingly

Hope your concern solved
